Beach Walk Chalk Art Festival
The second annual Clearwater Beach Chalk Art Festival will take place over three days from October 25 through October 27, 2013. The event focuses on the creation of chalk artworks and designs along the sidewalk and promenades of Clearwater Beach. Artists begin work on Friday afternoon and work through the weekend on their compositions; judging and awards take place on Sunday afternoon. Thanksgiving Day Brunch and Dinner
Let the culinary team at SHOR do all the cooking this Thanksgiving! First, enjoy a bountiful brunch buffet with live jazz music from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 28, 2013. The festive fall menu will include an array of salads, delicious seafood, carved meats, artisan cheeses, brunch entrée favorites, spectacular desserts, free-flowing champagne and mimosas and, of course, the ever popular make-your-own Bloody Mary cart.
Then, guests can enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving feast from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. SHOR’s Thanksgiving dinner will feature an autumn salad with winter greens, candied pecans, cider vinaigrette and goat cheese flakes. The second course will include traditional roast turkey, pretzel stuffing, cracked pepper and sage gravy, sweet potato gratin and poached asparagus. Last but not least, the dessert course will feature a warm brown butter soaked corn cake and sweet pumpkin ice cream drizzled with hazelnut caramel. Table service plus festive table décor and candles will also be included.
Brunch will be available for $ 55 per adult and $ 25 per child aged 12 and under. The three-course, prix-fixe dinner will be available for $ 38 per adult and $ 19 per child.
