I have been a fulltime real estate investor and landlord for 20 years. I run my businesses with the flip & property management software. Both softwares are excellent. The support given by Gita is outstanding. If you want to run an efficient real estate business with detailed reports this is the software to have. I have used other software and nothing compares. In the past getting support was always a hassle with other companies, but I now look forward to my conversations with Gita. If you want a simple to use real estate software desinged by a Quickbooks expert, then this is the way to go. I recommend it highly!
