   I thought this book was perfect for anyone new to owning a rental property or hoping to increase their income on an existing property. I am a new owner, and using this book as a guide, I’ve managed to get my property up and running in the rental world. The author did a great job of taking the process step by step and explaining it in a clear manner. As he discussed the process, I was able to envision my own property and how I could apply his concepts. The author has been able to take the seemingly complex world of owning a rental property and made it manageable for anyone.
