I have loved The Birch & Vine since I went there for the first time last fall. The food is incredible and the place is stunning.
I sat with Chef Jason who is the architect behind their amazing menu and sampled some of their best dishes and now I love it even more!
Not only is the restaurant awesome the hotel is luxurious with linens from Paris and the furniture all from Europe. The view is beautiful with the Gulf of Mexico right out front and the St Pete Pier within walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants.
I love downtown St Pete and whenever I go I make sure I stop at Birch & Vine!

That hotel room is the bomb. I think i’d literally stay in there all day
sleeping and taking really hot baths and ordering room service and watching
tv …….lol.
I just booked my first vacation and the the first time ever I will be
getting to see the ocean! And I’m spending it at the grand plaza hotel! I’m
so excited
