A trip to Tampa led us directly to Downtown, the central business district. Here we walked along a part at water directly on the Riverwalk. We started at the Convention Center, there you have a fantastic view to the Marriott Waterside Hotel, Harbour Island, The Westin Harbour Island Hotel, Sail Pavilion and Jose Gaspars Ship (Pirate Ship). The watertaxis drove slow on the Hillsborough River in the Manatee Areas. We walked until the Shareton Riverwalk Hotel. There you have a good overview to the Henry B. Plant Museum and Park. In MacDill Park on the riverwalk we had a relaxed breake. Tampa has a modern business district with a mix of banks, Hotels, Real Estate Companies and in the center in contrast the old city hall, very nice !
Eine Reise nach Tampa führte uns direkt zur Innenstadt, dem zentralen Geschäftsviertel. Hier gingen wir entlang eines Teils an Wasser direkt am Riverwalk. Wir begannen im Convention Center, dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Marriott Waterside Hotel, Harbour Island, The Westin Harbour Island Hotel, Segel-Pavillon und Jose Gaspars Ship (Piratenschiff). Die watertaxis fuhr langsam auf der Hillsborough-Fluss in den Manatee Gebiete. Wir gingen bis zum Shareton Riverwalk Hotel. Da haben Sie einen guten Überblick auf das Henry B. Plant Museum und Park. In MacDill Park auf dem Riverwalk hatten wir einen entspannten breake. Tampa hat ein modernes Geschäftsviertel mit einer Mischung aus Banken, Hotels, Immobilienfirmen und in der Mitte im Kontrast das alte Rathaus, sehr schön!

Driving in Tampa looks so much easier than driving in the UK. Where I live
there’s steep hills, shocking tight bends and our motorways (interstates)
are too narrow. I prefer the road set up of Tampa.

Yes, that was fascinating. A network of empty roads connecting a few
charmless buildings. Just dying to go there now. And why does every travel
video have to have the same inane music with the snare drums?
cops must be real strict there. If this was Toronto, with all that space,
all the drivers would be driving at double of that speed.

Thanks for uploading this video, Tampa was my hometown from 1965 to 2010. I
lived in Riverview (near Brandon) and went to Tampa every day to work. I
miss the sunshine and blue sky, retired now and living in Europe. Your
video brings back lots of memories. Looking forward to more.
