1. Hi Thomas. I’m a video producer and would like to ask permission to use
   this footage. I’m not in business, and just make videos to go with music I
   compose. My work is real varied and I’m always on the lookout for unusual
   footage to use as backgrounds or overlays. The stingray itself, against the
   sand looks pretty amazing, but the part that compelled me to write and ask,
   is the magenta interference that crosses the screen at about 3/4 of the way
