    This is an amazing resource not only for residents, but for visitors as well. Cindy Dobyns has truly captured the essence of St. Petersburg. As a lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, I found this book to be a wealth of valuable information and have discovered places and things to do in St. Petersburg that I never knew about!!     people, ever go to real estate sites? they have all the demographics. anyone basing their decision to move to Florida on a book should have their head examined. Only one way to know for sure, go down and live their for a few months, preferably the summer months.
