This book shows you how to operate a vacation rental property at the “fit Tab A in Slot B” level of detail. It’s the only book you’ll need in order to buy, own, and operate the dream beach house or cabin in the north woods you’ve always dreamed of owning, but didn’t think you could afford. Renting your vacation place out part of the time can make it affordable, and Carson shows you how.
