CSX Street train crossing Park St. in Downtown Clearwater. This video isn’t in color because the quality of the video was very poor and its much easier to see the train in black and white.
That is a 1984 to 1988 ZIMMER – quick silver (model). Kind of like a
factory built kit car. You can see by the doors and roof,that this car is
based on a 1980’s mercury cougar 5.0 chassis! Wiki search zimmer. That guy

Yes, I was going to guess it was probably a kit car – poplvr beat me to it!
@poplvr there are a ton of these floating around the Philly area. If you
need parts, id call around yards in philly because they LOVED these kits
back in the day. But poplvr is correct its a Zimmer kit, meant to look like
a 20s’ or 30s’ era car.
