Olin has over 20 years experience in the vacation rental industry, including leading ResortQuest when it was the largest vacation rental management company in the world. Jims knowledge and expertise will prove to be invaluable to the continued growth and success iTrip.net has already built.
This new partnership had impeccable timing. Goldman Sachs, a full-service global investment and securities firm, recently released a report on the vacation rental industry. As of the first quarter of 2010, the headlined analysis read, The turn has begun and theres more to go. The report also indicated a growth of about 28% in the vacation rental management industry.
Industry wide, were seeing some great indicators. The market has definitely turned, pricing is firming up, and were seeing an increase in the number of booking nights, says Tom Bissmeyer, founding member of iTrip.net.
Condo Owner Magazine has also featured iTrip.net as a new paradigm shift in the industry, and a new concept thats growing rapidly in the market, stated Todd Morrison, another founding member of iTrip.net.
iTrip.net recently added two new markets in Pigeon Forge, TN and Clearwater Beach, FL- and they plan on adding six more markets before the year is up.
