Stats on Englewood reveal that 41.54 percent of the trip planners that requested Englewood vacation rentals were also open to stay in a bed and breakfast or a hotel. 32.45 percent also wanted to receive offers from Manasota Key, Rotonda West, Palm Island and others.

In Englewood 20.89 percent of the inquiries requested lodgings with children. Parties of two accounted for 58.02 percent of the inquiries, while big groups of more than 4 people were 18.02 percent of the inquiries.

61.51 percent of the inquiries were sent 3 months or more prior to the travel date, 16.84 percent were sent 1 to 2 months prior to the travel date, and 18.34 percent were last minutes inquiries sent only one month prior to the travel date.

Stats on Sarasota reveal that 50.91 percent of the trip planners that requested Sarasota vacation rentals were also open to stay in a bed and breakfast or a hotel. 15.03 percent also wanted to receive offers from Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and Bradenton.

In Sarasota 33.15 percent of the inquiries requested lodgings with children. Romantic getaways for parties of two accounted for 43.86 percent of the inquiries, while big groups of more than 4 people were 23.13 percent of the inquiries.

50.75 percent of the inquiries were sent 3 months or more prior to the travel date, 19.04 percent were sent 1 to 2 months prior to the travel date, and 26.16 percent were last minutes inquiries sent only one month prior to the travel date.

Florida Golf Vacation Destination: Indian Shores

The study data reveals high interest in comparison shopping as 48.20 percent of the travelers interested in Indian Shores vacation rentals, were also interested in comparing offers from hotels and bed and breakfasts. 6.89 percent were interested in receiving offers from nearby destinations including Redington Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, and North Redington Beach.

23.76 percent of the vacation planners start planning their vacations within 30 days prior to arrival. 50.33 percent plan their vacations 3 or more months in advance, and 21.84 percent plan their vacation 1-2 months in advance.

Indian Shores requests for family accommodations represented the 41.08 percent. 20.66 percent from couples looking for romantic getaways and 37.70 percent are from larger groups with 4 or more adults and children.

Florida Romantic Vacation Destination: Manasota Key

Study reveals that 40.14 percent of the trip planners that requested Manasota Key vacation rentals were also open to stay in a bed and breakfast or a hotel. 8.75 percent also wanted to receive offers from nearby destinations like Rotonda West, Palm Island, and Cape Haze.

In Manasota Key travelers that look for family accommodations the 22.35 percent of the total inquiries. Romantic getaways for parties of two accounted for 57.45 percent of the inquiries, while big groups were 19.77 percent of the inquiries.

61.14 percent of the inquiries were sent 3 months or more prior to the travel date, 17.27 percent were sent 1 to 2 months prior to the travel date, and 18.10 percent were last minutes inquiries sent only one month prior to the travel date.

Florida Family Vacation Destination: Newport Richey

Stats on Newport Richey reveal that 67.34 percent of the trip planners that requested Newport Richey vacation rentals were also open to stay in a bed and breakfast or a hotel. 73.42 percent also wanted to receive offers from Crescent Beach and Elkton.

In Newport Richey 23.65 percent of the inquiries requested lodgings with children. Romantic getaways for parties of two accounted for 56.45 percent of the inquiries, while big groups of more than 4 people were 18.01 percent of the inquiries.

45.85 percent of the inquiries were sent 3 months or more prior to the travel date, 21.19 percent were sent 1 to 2 months prior to the travel date, and 27.18 percent were last minutes inquiries sent only one month prior to the travel date.
