Ethiopian Wedding Tampa – St Pete Beach, Florida

An Ethiopian Wedding is not for the Timid Videographer as part of Ethiopian Tradtion is the groom and groomsmen go to brides residence and have to force their way through the brides family. An ethiopian wedding videographer, photographer, has to be able to get right in the middle of everything and be somewhat athletic, to be in the chaos, yet to at times rush ahead so that you get the bride and her family’s reaction as the groom and groomsmen come rushing through. You can see the craziness in this video. The Grand Plaza in St Pete Beach is probably the perfect venue for a Ehiopian Wedding, as Palm Trees line both beach ceremony sites. We also used our drone, flown by Dave, for some unique shots of this Ethiopian wedding. Getting shots of the horse and carriage by our quadcopter just gives a unique perspective and for the processional was really great as the bridesmaids walked thorugh the rows of palm trees. We like to incorporate the drone with Opening shots, Processional, and Formals. For the ceremony, it is too loud and we don’t want to be distractive during the ceremony. We can fly it high enough where you cannot hear it, but at that point its too high and can’t really get good video from that altitude. For the processional its ok, because music is playing so it is not as noticeable. For more of our aerial videos see http://celebrationsoftampabay.com/real-estate-videographers-tampa/
