   I ordered two cutting boards – one Texas and one Alaska. The Alaska board is missing South East Alaska, but otherwise they are both great. I am from Texas and my husband is from Alaska so I hung them up in our kitchen together. He says there is a problem with the sizing. I have included a picture of what they look like and another of what he says they should look lie.

   I purchased this for a gift for a dignitary from Iceland. I thought it would be easy to slip into their luggage going back. This quality of this board far exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully made and more sturdy that I had thought it would be. I was concerned that the “cape cod” part might break off but I am sure that even under rigorous use this would not be an issue.

   I have a few standard boards from this company and I love them. Great quality and they last forever (you shold oil them occasionally though). I love the State shapes! I ordered California and was surprised at the size and functionality. I had planned on just giving it as a gift to be put out as decoration but you can do fun things with it. I got creative and put the board together with wine, cheese and nuts and brought it as a host gift. It was a total hit! She used it to serve the cheese and other appetizers The board itself look and feels really expensive and the shape is so fun. I would love to get more for Christmas gifts (mom, don’t look) but Amazon seems to be out of stock on a lot of states. I think it would be really fun to create a theme gift basket around the State. Absolutely recommend.
