No I meant $419,000. This condo is no longer for sale though but the owner had paid one million for it. The reason they are selling that low now is because the association is super high due to a legal fight with a restaurant owner that had his business in the first floor of the building that the association said was not allowed to use the parking lot for his clients effectively destroying his business. He sued for millions
Do they mean $149900 ? There are several avaliable for 169000 to 200. Why 419000?
