The cheapest condo on the beach in Indian Shores Florida in April 2012 was 5,000 – people looking for under 0,000 need to know that ships done sailed. Soon I’ll be saying the same about 0,000 gulffront condos – now don’t get me wrong – there are some still in the MLS however when you get there they overlook a parking lot on the backside of the gulf with a swimming pool on the street – if that sounds like paradise to you then there are a couple of those still left -for most the people we work with that’s not what they’re looking for when they ask about Indian Shores FL condos for sale on the beach. inventory is amplifying the issue and causing multiple offers or higher
prices

supply you might not think so but much of it is mispriced or tied up in
short sales – seeing good properties priced right selling in under 7-10
days in Indian Shores Beach Florida real estate market along with the
