I saw this luggage from a girlfriend of mine. It had the spinner wheels was well made and she bought it from HSN. HSN was sold out so I saw it and bought it from Amazon. It is cheap looking , no spinner wheels and I hate how it looks. I tried to return it and had to send several emails back and forth to try and return. The reseller closed my request on a technical issue claiming it was not a knockoff and that they were sorry that it did not look like my girlfriend’s luggage. That was it. I WILL NEVER buy from a reseller again and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I pan to let Samantha Brown know how she is being represented as well.

These Samantha Brown bags are great looking and they can hold a lot. They made it through our first vacation, but they were handled with care, not thrown around. Not sure how long they would hold up making multiple trips on the airlines. The quality and craftmanship are great and they roll very easily. Don’t think you will be disappointed!
