Wrack vs. Railroad Vine in the Swash Zone

While wrack piles up during unusually choppy seas, Railroad Vine creeps down from the grass and Sea Oats to stake a claim. It can get fairly tense as they jockey for position over the hotly contested real estate, and trash talking between the rivals isn’t uncommon.
