Easter Brunch at SHOR American Seafood Grill

The expert culinary team at SHOR American Seafood Grill will spring into action this Easter with an eggs-traordinary, family-friendly buffet. The Easter Bunny himself will be on hand, greeting diners and posing for memorable pictures. Served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 31, 2013, SHORs bountiful brunch will feature breathtaking Gulf views and an array of menu items. Breakfast favorites will include eggs Benedict, pancakes and yogurt with granola and fresh berries. Featured hors doeuvres will include ahi tuna ceviche, roasted local watermelon and cucumber gazpacho and smoked duck with rosemary aioli on a crispy crouton. Action stations will offer Key West pink shrimp, natural chicken breast with local arugula, a risotto station, a carved 1855 strip loin with SHORs signature pretzel rolls and chive horseradish cream sauce and spicy Italian sausage-stuffed all-natural pork loin with roasted heirloom apple compote. Of course, no SHOR buffet would be complete without a seafood station of jumbo Gulf shrimp, cold water oysters, cocktail crab claws, chilled and garlic mussels or the resorts signature Bloody Mary and mimosa bar. Resort guests looking to extend their family time together during Easter weekend will have an array of activities to choose from, ranging from egg hunts for all ages, egg decorating, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and more. Frenchys Sugar Sand Festival Presented by Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach is proud to present the inaugural Frenchys Sugar Sand Festival. The ten-day event, taking place Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 28, 2013, will showcase the destinations world-renowned and award-winning beaches with a 1,000-ton Sugar Sand Walk Exhibition, an artistic walk-through display in a 14,000-square-foot tent, which will be accessible to visitors and the local public for a small admission fee. No-cost event highlights will include Frenchys Master Sand Sculpting Competition, sand-sculpting clinics, speed sand demonstrations and Camp Hyatt Sandbox, a 40-foot-by-15-foot, fenced-in childrens play area sponsored by the resort.

Throughout the 10-day event, the resort will have several food and beverage promotions. The resorts featured Sugar Sand signature drink, the Cool & Refreshing Gulf Coast Orange Crush, will be served all day for $ 3 per drink at both Skimmers Bar and Swim Bar. Swim will also offer Sugar Sand sunset happy hour specials; starting a half hour before sunset and running until a half hour after sunset, Swims sunset happy hour will include two-for-one classic margaritas, sangria and draft beers.
