I am familiar with this 1129 unit. Last I heard the owner of this unit
fails to acknowledge issues tenants have. There is a name for landlords
like that. 1129 has major bug issues, spiders, electrical problems and
more. Call Liz…she has units and owners that care about their homes and
their tenants and stay away from renting from the owner.
FYI Liz Seither from Executive Homes rented my unit 1129 to professional
tenants They never made their first months payments. These tenants have
been evicted in multiple counties. I believe they will try to steal the
TV’s and other personal belongings this weekend. Liz Seither appears to be
part of the scam.
