how is the captain there… because I heard he is rude. what about the crew are they actually fishing as well. do they assist you when you actually catch a fish? i am so excited. taking my daughter out for her birthday to this excursion. can’t wait!!
I personally recommend the Double Eagles to anyone wanting to go deep sea fishing out of Clearwater Beach. I fondly remember my first trip on the original Double Eagle catamaran way back in 1968. It was amazing! I caught two grouper, one weighing 7 lbs. and the other 18 lbs.! We had a great catch that day and I remember that the jackpot fish was a Great Grouper that weighed over 300 lbs.! I was “hooked” after that trip! I could write volumes about my many trips on the Double Eagle II. 🙂
