The Florida Justice Association Annual Convention met on June 12, 13, and 14 this year at St. Pete Beach, and local personal injury lawyer Brad Sinclair was one of the attendees this year. The conference focused on a wide array of topics for the continuing education of lawyers throughout the state of Florida.
The event, which took place at the historic Loews Don CeSar Hotel, featured two advanced trial skills seminars, as well as exhibitions focused on numerous legislative and case law updates, including but not limited to updates in automobile accident law, products liability law, PIP legislation and “bad faith” legislation.
“A major goal of this convention is to help lawyers stay up-to-date on a wide variety of topics in the legal profession,” says Brad Sinclair of Sinclair Law. “It’s an opportunity to learn from other professionals in the field, and to sharpen one another’s skills so that we can better represent our clients.”
In addition to the seminars, elections were held for numerous sections of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), and a luncheon was held celebrating the new FJA President.
