Any natural algae treatment is going to take a while so be patient. I used this in a 50 gallon tub pond on my deck that was getting pretty bad with algae so I wouldn’t have to disturb the water plants growing in it. I gave it a couple of treatments, and a bit more of it than the bottle would suggest. It’s taken a while to see improvement but the water is really starting to clear up now and I didn’t have to use chemicals or change out the water.

Was unable to see into my pond at all – 5ftx10ft x 2ft. zero visibility due to algae bloom. Put this in with an improved bigger filter and in just over a week we can now see bottom of pond. Killed off algae bloom for sure. Also brought some barley hay which I will use going forward. Confident that given a few more weeks we will have crystal clear water at this rate.

Absolutely does the job. I needed something for a small fountain on my deck to stop algae build up. Had my doubts but a teaspoon or so every time I have to refill takes care of it no problem. Definitely recommend.
